250 Micron Copper Bonded Earthing rods are type of Chemical Earthing which  became popular since last few years due to inherent disadvantages of conventional ” Salt Charcoal ” type earthing. Where Common salt corrodes the earthing material ( Rod or Plate ) rapidly, the Chemical earthing use mineral salts in certain proportion in montmorillonite compounds. They keep the moisture for longer duration and stabilize the electrical values over longer period. Our earthingare best designed for longer life, superior electrical values and requires least floor area for given application. Our earthing not only comply to the requirements of IS 3043, but also conform to BristishStandard : BS: 7430: 2011. We understand the importance of Electrical Earthing as well as Electronic Grounding and obtain the desired grounding resistance by designing earthing system and careful mixtures of crystalline conducting and metallic powders with montmorillonite compounds.

Copperbonded earth rods are of a high quality molecularly bonded pure electrolytic copper (99.9%) 254 microns ( UL 467 Standard) onto a low carbon, high tensile steel core. Low carbon& high tensile steel core helps to ensure even bonding between the steel and copper. The low carbon tensile steel
comply with UL 467, BS 970 & AISI 1018.
