Gel earthings or Chemical earthings are manufactured by 3E Solutions in both Pipe in Pipe ( Heavy Duty ) and Strip in Pipe ( Normal Duty ) configurations. Strip in Pipe Gel Earthing uses became popular since last few years due to inherent disadvantages of conventional ” Salt Charcoal ” type earthing. Where Common salt corrodes the earthing material ( Rod or Plate ) rapidly, the Chemical earthing use mineral salts in certain proportion in montmorillonite compounds. They keep the moisture for longer duration and stabilize the electrical values over longer period. Our earthingare best designed for longer life, superior electrical values and requires least floor area for given application.
Strip In Pipe Earthings
Strip in pipe electrodes are made of a strip as primary conductor in GI Pipe sufficient to discharge designed currents safely in earth, without rising the ground potential and temperature. The cavity within and inside the pipes are compactly filled with an conductive and anti corrosive material to extend the service life of these electrodes. The dimensions of the electrodes are chosen to meet performance parameters, like earthing resistance and life as per IS 3043 with a given type of soil having particular soil resistivity.Our earthing not only comply to the requirements of IS 3043, but also conform to BristishStandard : BS: 7430: 2011.
